Products and Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. CO2 Capture and Sale<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Midstream Genesis purchases ethane (180,000 gallons annually) from the fractionation plant at a rate of $0.092 per gallon. We capture CO2 from the emission of natural gas powered generators through an amine scrubber and sell it to CO2 distributors at a price range of $125 to $200 per ton. Our goal is to produce and sell 14,400+ tons of CO2 per year, generating substantial revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Carbon Credit Monetization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each ton of CO2 captured and separated, we receive $60 in production tax credits (Section 45Q), which provides an additional stream of revenue. This is expected to generate $864,000 in tax credits annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Off-Grid Electricity Generation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the CO2 is removed, the pure ethane is used to generate off-grid electricity via turbine generators. The facility can generate 8.3 MW of electricity per month, enough to power 6,000 to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8,000 average American homes. This excess energy can be sold to small-town power grids, industrial facilities, data centers, and EV charging hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
